Tour Itinerary

Day 1 – Marrakech to Dades Valley ▲

Departure from Marrakech early in the morning toward the High Atlas Mountains. Cross the spectacular Tizi n’Tichka Pass while enjoying panoramic views of Berber villages and terraced landscapes.

Visit Ait Benhaddou:
Explore the UNESCO World Heritage kasbah, famous for its clay architecture and movie backdrops.

Walk through historic alleys
Climb for panoramic views over Ounila Valley

Ouarzazate:
Visit Taourirt Kasbah and discover the “Gateway to the Sahara”.

Explore Taourirt Kasbah
Lunch in Ouarzazate

Continue through Skoura Oasis and Rose Valley before arriving in Dades Valley.

Overnight: Dinner and accommodation in Dades Valley.

Day 2 – Dades Valley to Merzouga Desert ▲

Start the day with a visit to the impressive Dades Gorges, known for dramatic rock formations.

Visit local markets

Continue to Todra Gorges, where massive canyon walls rise over 300 meters.

After lunch, drive to Merzouga and prepare for a camel trek into the Erg Chebbi dunes.

Overnight: Desert camp with Moroccan dinner, Berber music, and stargazing.

Day 3 – Merzouga to Ouarzazate ▲

Wake up early to enjoy a magical sunrise over the Erg Chebbi dunes.

After breakfast, return by camel to Merzouga and start the journey north.

Drive through the scenic Ziz Valley and stop in Erfoud, famous for fossil workshops.

Arrival: Ouarzazate in the evening, dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 4 – Ouarzazate to Marrakech ▲

Visit Kasbah Tifoultoute, a peaceful and authentic kasbah near Ouarzazate.

Return to Marrakech through the High Atlas Mountains via Tizi n’Tichka Pass.

End of tour: Arrival in Marrakech by late afternoon.
